]]>On 17th December 2022 at Pay Fong Middle School, Melaka, Mr Ronald Tan the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) accompanied by two other executives representing City-Link Express had attended a fundraising event for St John Ambulance. The organisation was looking forward to collecting RM500,000 in donations to buy new ambulances as the current ones are too old for operations.
Currently, the organization has managed to collect funds up to RM333, 333.33 for their new ambulances.
Initially, St John Ambulance have only 3 ambulance cars. Two of them had already reached 23 and 11 months and 25 years of operation respectively, with only one now left. The old ambulances will no longer be on the road and will be utilized for other use.
In concern to this, City-Link Express Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Ronald Tan, was determined to donate around RM5,000 in conjunction with the fundraising with the hope that we can give back to the community. The donation also acts as a token of gratitude and appreciation for the support that City-Link Express has received over the years.
We hope that the contributions will be able to afford more ambulances to help our people in need. Keep supporting City-Link Express as we do our best to serve not only our customers but also our communities.

]]>The 3-hour program started at 3 pm with a brief corporate presentation by our marketing manager and training and development manager. The students were introduced to City-Link Express as a Malaysian homegrown courier aiming to better serve and connect the communities as a logistics provider through their services.
The students were then entertained with a short City-Link Express corporate video to enhance their understanding of City-Link Express services and what we are experts at i.e international and domestic delivery, warehouse and fulfillment, freight, customs clearance, mailroom management, and more.
City-Link Express committees lead the group of students and clarify the processes and some of the SOPs going on the sites. At the warehouse, the students could see the stock receiving area equipped with the dock leveler to ease item handling. They also got to see forklifts in action to move heavy items. Pallets and racks used to stack and organize bulk items were also shown to the students to give a clearer view of the work field.
On the other hand, during the sorting hub briefing session, students were introduced to the conveyor belt and cages which are used to sort the items according to their destinations. As strict measures are taken for high-value shipments, the sorting hub specified for valuable items was not allowed for the students to enter.
For the closing ceremony, the students and accompanying teachers were gifted with City-Link Express souvenirs. Miss Alysia Toh as our acting training manager received a token of appreciation on behalf of City-Link Express for organizing the study tour.
We wish the students good luck in their future endeavours and may they use the knowledge they gained in the best way possible.

Express along with its partner, The Selangor And Kuala Lumpur Teochew
Association has organized a charity event on the 5th of September,
2021. The event took place at the Menara Teochew of Jalan Lumut, Kuala Lumpur.
The main objective of this event is surely to provide assistance to those who
are in need. Moreover, it is to raise awareness on how there are many people in
Malaysia that requires help but are not asking for it. Thus, it is a job for
all of us to lend our hands and restore humanity that is left. Furthermore, the
event has seen distribution of 71 care-packages to those who deserved it. All
of the packages are safely transported and distributed by City-Link Express.

Di-ikuti oleh acara melepaskan 100 burung di puncak Bukit Jugra oleh VVIP dari City-Link, MPKL, PDRM. Pada jam 10.30am Aktiviti terakhir iaitu Menanam 60 Pokok Bunga dilangsungkan oleh kesemua wakil badan CTL, MPKL and PDRM.
Kira-kira pada jam 11.30am upcara menyampaian plak dilangsung berikutan dengan jamuan makan.

]]>Objektif program adalah untuk meningkatkan Semangat cintakan sumber alam semulajadi diterapkan di segenap lapisan masyarakat termasuk golongan pekerja.
Memulihara pesisiran pantai sebagai lindungan semulajadi bagi mengurangkan kemusnahan akibat kejadian alam dan hakisan tanah dengan menanam pokok paya bakau dan melepaskan benih ikan.
Meningkatkan kesedaran masyarakat tentang kepentingan ekosistem.
City-Link Express dengan kerjasama Taman Rekreasi Paya Bakau, Kampung Sijangkang, Banting, Bahagian Landskap – Majlis Daerah Kuala Langat (MDKL) dan Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia bergabung dalam usaha memeliharan Ekosistem sekitar daerah Kuala Langat dengan menanam 100 pokok paya bakau & melepaskan 1500 benih ikan di Taman Rekreasi Paya Bakau.
Ini merupakan salah satu usaha City-Link – Bahagian Logistik dalam memelihara & memulihara ekosistem sungai langat dengan menanam pokok bakau dan melepaskan benih ikan. Ia juga memberi peluang kepada semua kakitangan City-Link serta jabatan yang terlibat untuk merasai sendiri pengalaman menanam pokok Bakau dan melepaskan benih ikan. Seterusnya, diharapkan agar kempen ini dapat meningkatkan kesedaran tentang kepentingan hutan paya bakau kepada masyarakat setempat dan alam sekitar.

]]>Kempen ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesedaran, selain untuk mendidik warga kerja City-Link agar prihatin dan merasai sendiri pengalaman berada di rumah anak yatim dan miskin. Pekerja dapat merasai sendiri perasaan anak-anak di rumah tersebut dengan mengadakan aktiviti yang mengembirakan mereka.
Pada 8hb September 2018, seramain 30 pekerja City-Link -BSP dan CR1 telah mengadakan lawatan amal ke Rumah Anak Yatim yang berada di Miskin Daerah Kuala Langat.
Pihak jawatan kuasa menyediakan pelbagai jenis barangan keperluan harian (seperti minyak masak, beras, barangan dapur) dihulurkan bagi menampung kehendak anak yatim dan miskin.
Selain daripada menghulurkan bantuan, kami juga mengadakan aktiviti membersihkan rumah anak yatim dan aktiviti permainan diadakan bagi mengembirakan anak-anak.
